I’m a husband, a father of two boys, 24 years apart and grandfather. I graduated from Plano Senior High School and attended University of North Texas. Served in the United States Marine Corps, a powerlifter, bodybuilder, mixed martial arts competitor, close quarter combat instructor and competitive golfer.
As a man in my 50’s, I believe our fitness goals shift from vanity to longevity. In our 20s, we work out to look good in our 40s, 50s, and 60s, we work out to feel good.
With certifications from the American Council of Sports Medicine. I specialize in nutrition, back and shoulder pain, upper cross syndrome, muscle loss, flexibility, balance and quality of movement and speed. My program is safe, effective workouts tailored to your needs. We do not leave the ground and avoid exercises that risk injury to your back, knees, hips, or shoulders, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
