My name is Chris Ownbey. I am a 50-year-old certified personal trainer with more than 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I specialize in training men and women 40 and over in a private one-on-one studio located in North Dallas.
I understand that as we get older our reasons and goals for exercise change. It is not about vanity anymore, but longevity, and so our workouts should change with us as well. In our 20’s, we work out to look good. In our 40’s, 50′s, and 60’s – we work out to feel good.

With over 30 years in the industry, I have trained in different specialties, and hold certification through the American Council of Sports Medicine. As a person over 50 myself, I have personal experience with how we need to exercise differently.
